Neil leads large Cisco customers in identifying, quantifying, and realizing transformative value-based disruptive solutions. He is an experienced senior executive, passionate entrepreneur, and evangelist, having built, sold, and managed global enterprise software, IoE/T, wireless, and RFID businesses in the ERP, supply chain, CRM, MES, PLM, and RTLS (Real Time Location Services) markets to Manufacturing, Electronics/Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Automotive, Mining, and Aero & Defense verticals. Prior to joining Cisco, Neil was the Chief Executive Officer at Tagit Solutions, a Mobile Enterprise IoT software company. Before Tagit, Neil served in executive roles at AeroScout, later acquired by Stanley Black & Decker, including Vice President of Global Sales, Vice President of Strategic Growth, and Vice President of North America & Asia Pacific Sales. Prior to AeroScout, Neil held management and senior management positions at Purisma, PTC, Brooks Automation, Vigilance, Wisdomware, and FASTech Integration.

Neil attended the University of California at Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Neil resides in the Silicon Valley with his wife and children. He strives for a healthy life style including both physical fitness and mindfulness practices. Neil rides road and mountain bikes and swims in pools and open water. He volunteers with the PATHSTAR.org Alcatraz Swim Program and the Palo Alto VA Hospital’s Double Vision Tandem Cycling program.
